Drew is the founding partner of The Findling Law Firm, P.C., where he represents clients in high-profile criminal matters in state and federal courts across the country. He began his career as a Fulton County Public Defender, where he developed his trial skills and achieved groundbreaking courtroom victories before founding the firm.

Drew has been recognized by The Hollywood Reporter as a Power Lawyer and Top 25 Troubleshooter since 2018 and was named one of Forbes' Top Lawyers in America in 2024 and 2025. Throughout his career, he has successfully defended clients in nationally significant criminal cases, earning a reputation for exceptional trial advocacy, strategic defense, and an unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Marissa is a Partner at The Findling Law Firm, where she represents clients in state and federal criminal matters ranging from misdemeanors to complex white-collar, RICO, and murder cases. Since joining the firm in 2011, she has secured numerous acquittals at trial, argued before Georgia and federal appellate courts, and successfully obtained dismissals in both state and federal matters.

Marissa earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles before practicing criminal defense in California and later Georgia. Her extensive courtroom experience, appellate advocacy, and successful representation of clients in the entertainment industry have made her a trusted advocate in some of the firm's most challenging criminal defense matters.

Zack is a Senior Associate at The Findling Law Firm, where he leads the defense of complex criminal matters in state and federal courts across the United States. Since joining the firm in 2016, he has become a cornerstone of the firm's trial practice, litigating felony cases involving public corruption, violent crimes, large-scale narcotics conspiracies, and sophisticated white-collar investigations, including cryptocurrency-related matters.

Zack earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served on the Georgia Law Review and represented the university on its Jessup Moot Court team. He brings sharp analytical skills, extensive trial experience, and a disciplined approach to every case he handles on behalf of the firm's clients.

Zack earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona and his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law, where he competed nationally in mock trial competitions. While at Mercer, he co-founded the Mercer Law Criminal Defense Association.


Prior to joining the Findling Law Firm, P.C., Zack worked at the Fulton County Public Defender’s Office, represented individuals facing serious criminal charges. After two years as a Public Defender, Zack continues to bring his competitive drive, experience, and unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients here at Findling.

Rachel is a criminal defense attorney at The Findling Law Firm, representing clients in Georgia state and superior courts. Before joining the firm, she spent three years as a public defender in Fulton and Henry counties, representing individuals facing misdemeanor and felony charges and advocating for clients through every stage of the criminal process.

Rachel earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Prior to working as a Public Defender, she served for two years as a law clerk to a Superior Court judge, gaining valuable insight into judicial decision-making and courtroom procedure that she has brought with her to the firm. She is admitted to practice in Georgia state and federal courts.

Candace Stargell is a versatile professional with a strong foundation in management and organizational strategy. She holds a master's degree in labor and human resources from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business and dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Georgia.

After leading teams across Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, higher education, and a boutique law firm, Candace joined Findling Law Firm in 2023, where she provides high-level legal support and strategic administrative leadership. Originally from Northeastern Ohio, she brings analytical precision and creative insight to her work, with interests in genealogy, creative writing, and strength training outside the office.
